Add a Vert Ramp?

There exists the very slim possibility of acquiring this vert ramp for the Kelly Ave skatepark. Many hurdles exist, so it won't be easy. One of the major obstacles, is space at the park.
What are your thoughts? Do you want a vert ramp out there? Do you have suggestions on where it would fit best? What would it do for the overall skateability of the park? Would it foster progression for younger skaters or just terrify them? Should existing structures be moved to accommodate this ramp? Should it take the place of a tennis court or 2? Should Skate the Coast' energies be spent elsewhere? Let's hear what you have to say!
